Phishing Alert: Emails Impersonating Inquivix

An ongoing phishing campaign is targeting businesses in South Korea using Inquivix’s name, logo, and address. This page explains how to identify and respond to these emails.

Since May 14, 2026, phishing emails impersonating Inquivix have been sent to businesses in South Korea using our company name, logo, and address. These emails were not sent by Inquivix.

How to identify the fraudulent emails

  • The sender address uses free email services such as Gmail (@gmail.com), not Inquivix’s official domain (@inquivix.com).
  • Subject lines reference “copyright infringement notices” or “intellectual property violation.”
  • The emails include Inquivix’s real office address, phone number, and website URL to appear legitimate.
  • A malicious PDF file or link is attached.
  • The emails target businesses that operate Facebook pages.

How to verify official Inquivix communications

Inquivix exclusively uses @inquivix.com email addresses.

Any email sent from Gmail, Naver, or any other free email service under the Inquivix name is fraudulent.

  • Do not open any attachments or links.
  • Do not reply to the email.
  • Please report it to us using the button below. Your report will be used as part of our ongoing investigation.
